PERSONAL TRAINING
I've been a Personal trainer for 5 years and I love to see my clients gain confidence in the gym, have fun and achieve their fitness goals. Together we can create a balanced and sustainable lifestyle that leaves you feeling stronger and more confident.
PILATES CLASSES
Strengthen your core, improve flexibility and find balance in my Pilates classes. Currently based at Prime Acrobatics in Woking and One Pilates in Weybridge, in my classes you'll challenge youself, have fun and leave feeling acomplished.

YOGA CLASSES
Over the past year I've discovered a real passion for Yoga. Most of my training is fast and high intensity so I have really felt the benefit of Yoga both physically and mentally. Taking time to slow down and reconnect with ourselves in our busy lifestyles can be super rewarding.
